Cleaning Standards
One of the number one reasons someone cancels a gym membership is if it's dirty! Thank you for upholding the Omega Fitness cleanliness standards in your club.

How to Fix Things
Upload a request via Maintenance X (California/Florida) or Upkeep (Wisconsin).
Some things that are considered an EMERGENCY are the smell of natural gas, no electricity, no heat, no hot water, water leaks, water fountain not working, broken glass, fire, and member door not working.
Bio Templates
Download templates here for printed bios to post in your club. Make sure your printer is of good quality, ideally print on cardstock, and ensure the sizing is consistent!

Daily Performance Sheet
The Daily Performance sheet will be filled out daily and sent to your Area Manager by the end of the day.

Mileage Reimbursement
As a reminder, this form should be completed by the employee requesting a reimbursement, signed by their manager, and then uploaded onto Gusto by the employee.
